It has been a while since I have updated the website or posted anything. School and work keeps me busy and all.
Anyway I have have some AWESOME news! My mom, Renee, has started teaching Praize Kraze! Now this isn't your normal fitness class. This is a Christian dance and aerobic class. It is an awesome way to praise the Lord while working out. It is tons of fun because you leave feeling encouraged and it is family-friendly.
She will be teaching at the Civic Club in Clemmons. Starting January 12th at 9:30. So if you live in the area make sure to come out! The first class is FREE, so you don't want to miss out.
